Context and role
Currently in full growth, we are structuring our Operations Department and are looking for after-sales technicians. You will work within our after-sales service, under the responsibility of our After-Sales Manager. You carry out technical hardware interventions for customers
Missions:
- Preparation of material
- Coordination and layout of storage areas
- Replenishment of spare parts in the vehicle
- Loading and unloading of material
- Inventory
- Identification of material needs
- Drafting of intervention orders
- RMA triggering
- Drafting and publication of the intervention report (intervention vouchers, photos, etc.) on the office tool
- Entering the intervention report in the ticketing tool and closing the ticket
- On-call weekend and public holiday by shift
- On-site intervention to perform hardware troubleshooting of multi-activity equipment
- Hardware repair in the office
Desired profile
You master :
- Follow-up of directives
- Roaming throughout France
- Network knowledge (connectivity and cabling)
- Computer environment knowledge (Windows / Linux OS)
- Use of the Office Pack (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Relationship and customer treatment
You have 2 years of experience, ideally in a similar position.
You have knowledge:
- Use of internal communication tools
- Use of ticketing and digital tools
Required diploma: Bac; IT, electronics, electrical engineering
B license required
