Context and Role
Currently in full growth, we are structuring our Department of Operations (DOP) and are looking for Deployment Technicians. You will work within our deployment department, under the responsibility of our Deployment Manager. You will set up our payment systems with our customers and provide customer training.
Your missions:
- Preparation of the hardware and software subset of the cash register system
- Testing the hardware and software to install Installation of equipment (cash register, kiosk / Kiosk, printer, kitchen screen, TPE, etc.)
- Connection of equipment to the network and patching in the bay Software installations on PC Back office
- Parameterization of business functions
- Testing and validation of system operation
- Training of system users (from employee to site manager) User assistance during one or more service (s)
- Occasional intervention on site for training and / or configuration
- Occasional intervention on site to add equipment
Desired profile
You master :
- Time management
- Organization
- Computer environment knowledge (Windows / Linux OS)
- Office pack (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Conduct project
You have knowledge:
- Use of communication tools
- Use of planning tools
You have 2 years of experience in a similar position
You have a computer, electronics or electrical engineering BAC
B license required
