Giv'4U is a loyalty service. The Giv'4U service uses latest generation technologies such as QR-Code and the Cloud; the goal is above all to dematerialize the loyalty card as we know it today. With Giv'4U, the loyalty card comes down to a unique QR-Code for each customer. We have designed this service to be multi-site multi-brand oriented. A customer with a single loyalty card can be recognized and rewarded in all establishments using the Giv'4U service. However, a customer's points and stamps are not shared between different brands, only between different sites of the same brand. For example, a loyal customer in the Boulangerie du Sud chain will be able to accumulate points and stamps at the Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus sites. This same customer loyal to the Fast-Food Rapido brand will be able to accumulate points and stamps at the Cannes and Nice sites. However, the points and stamps accumulated in the Boulangerie du Sud brand are different from the points and stamps accumulated in the Fast-Food Rapido brand.


GIV‘4U IS DIVIDED INTO 4 DIFFERENT MODULES:

POINTS

This module allows customers to accumulate points based on their purchases; the value of a point is configurable for each establishment. Once the minimum number of points has been reached, the customer can choose to redeem their points for cash by crediting their loyalty account. The customer can also choose to redeem his points for gifts.


BUFFERS

This module is in fact the virtualization of the buffer card that can be obtained in a pizzeria or a fast food restaurant. By purchasing particular items, the customer gets stamps. Once the minimum number of stamps has been reached, the customer can obtain one or more free items. The most common example is for 10 Pizzas purchased, 1 Pizza offered


OFFERS

This module makes it possible to boost points of sale by communicating with customers. The point of sale can communicate with customers in different ways: - Email / SMS / Twitter / Facebook (publication of the offer on the brand's Facebook page) During the checkout, the customer is offered all the offers available at that precise moment. It is possible to create different types of offers: - The welcome offer encourages customers to create their loyalty card. This offer is for single use only. - The anniversary offer allows customers to be rewarded on their birthday.


STATUTES

This module allows you to have a grade for each client. Giv'4U offers 4 levels: - Normal (generally basic status) - Member - VIP - Elite A default customer is created with Normal status. However for special customers it is possible to choose a higher status. To change status, a customer must generate Turnover. The different amounts used to switch status are configurable for each site. These statuses can be used for 2 things: - Change of rate, a VIP customer could benefit from a preferential rate compared to a Normal or Member customer. - Favorite item (s) offered, a very good customer who has obtained Elite status could be offered one of their 3 favorite items at each checkout.
